I wasn’t the only one who felt like the show was kind of flat. A few of the skaters were really good, but overall the whole performance felt rushed and didn’t have much energy. The music choices were a little odd too, and you could tell some people around us were expecting something more exciting. For what the tickets cost, I think a lot of customers probably hoped for a better experience.

I had a small issue with my booking and wasn’t expecting it to be that easy to sort out. It did take a little while to hear back, which had me a bit unsure at first, but once the staff got in touch they were really friendly and explained everything clearly. In the end, it turned out much better than I expected and was a good experience overall.

I mainly went for the skating, and that part was still enjoyable overall. The performers were talented and the show had some fun moments, so I wouldn’t say I had a bad time.
The costumes just didn’t quite match what I was expecting for the ticket price. A few looked a little inexpensive under the lights, and some didn’t seem to fit the skaters perfectly. The colors also felt a bit mismatched at times, but it was still an okay show

I got a hoodie and a keychain from starsonice.com and, yeah, they were nicer than I thought they would be. The hoodie is thick but in a good soft way, if that makes sense, and the print on it looks really clean. The keychain was good too, nothing weird with it. Shipping was just normal, not super fast but also no problems. I’d probably buy merch from them again

The skating itself was good, and you could tell they were talented, but the whole thing just felt way too slow. I kept waiting for it to pick up and it never really did. Kind of boring, honestly. Anyway.

The lighting and sound felt cheap to me. I was expecting a bit more, and it just didn’t feel like it was worth it.

I went with my mom and we ended up having such a nice time. The skating was absolutely beautiful, and the music really got to me in a few moments. Our seats were a little cramped, but it didn’t take away from the experience much. By the end, I felt really grateful we got to share that night together.

The show looks really nice, but wow the ticket prices are just too much. By the time the fees got added at checkout, it jumped up fast. I was hoping to take my kids, but it ended up being more than I wanted to spend. Kinda dissapointing tbh.

As someone who gets annoyed quickly at crowded venues, I was actually comfortable here. The seats were nice, the view was solid, and the place felt clean and easy to navigate. The snack lines did get a little frustrating, but overall I had a good experience

I had a great time and never really felt bored at any point. The show kept moving, the energy was fun, and it was just an easy night to enjoy. Then suddenly I was like, wait, why am I laughing this hard? Anyway, super fun and totally worth going

The showtime got changed really last minute, which was frustrating. Compared to other events I’ve booked, the schedule here felt a lot more confusing and harder to keep track of.

I bought tickets mostly for the skater lineup, that part absolutely delivered. Ilia Malinin, Jason Brown, and Chock & Bates all in the same show? Come on. That was the whole reason I went, and I’m glad I didn’t listen to people acting like it wouldn’t be worth it.

The mix of solo skaters and ice dance teams kept the whole thing moving, and nobody felt like filler. Everyone had their moment, and the show never got boring, which is more than I can say for some events that charge way too much and then waste your time.

For the lineup alone, I’d give it 5 stars. I’m still annoyed at the people who tried to talk me out of going, because they were completely wrong. Super happy I went

In the end, I got my money back and I’d probably use them again, which is what I cared about most.

I had to cancel my tickets because something came up at the last minute, and I was expecting the refund process to be a headache. Customer service didn’t get back to me right away, which was a little frustrating, but once they did, they clearly explained what they needed from me.

After that, the refund was started and the money showed up about a week later. It wasn’t the fastest experience ever, but it felt fair and they did handle it properly.

Parking was super close, the ramps were easy to use, and the staff pointed us right to our seats really fast. made the whole thing Way less stressful.

The show itself was good, probably a 7 out of 10, but the parking situation was rough. It felt like we sat in line for around 30–40 minutes just trying to get out, and I couldn’t find clear shuttle info anywhere. A few signs or staff pointing people in the right direction would’ve helped a lot.

I liked most of the songs, honestly. There were a few that felt a little random to me, though, like I wasn’t totally sure why they were included. Still, overall it was enjoyable
